Advocates are invited to attend the first day of this workshop as a way of strenthening their advocacy skills. Topics include understanding the role of advocacy, navigating the federal system, working cooperatively with law enforcement, providing legal advocacy, helping clients obtain court orders and more. The second day of this training is devoted to skill development in the court room and providing testimony in front of a judge and/or jury. This day is open to all professionals that may benefit from courtroom skills. For those that participated in Expert Witness Level one and two, this fulfills level three for certification
